 Square Fabrics dyeing has two units and their capacity is:

• Fabric Units 1 & 2: 45 tons/day

About 25 machineries for Bulk, Sample, Light Box, Dryer etc processes which are from China, England, Korea, Italy and Greece.

The main fabrics product lines are Single Jersey / Pique, Rib / Interlock, Fleece, Lycra / Viscose, Feeder Stripe / Engineering Stripe, Jacquard Fabric, Double Mechanized Fabric, Single Mercerized Fabric, Flat Knit Collar, Fully Fashioned Collar & Jacquard Collar. 

 

Finishing:

Production Capacity:

Dry capacity- 80 ton & Compacting capacity-58 ton

Machines:

Total 28 machineries are used for , Brushing, Shearing, de-water, Dryer, Stenter, Compacting, dust clean and Slitting process in finishing department. These are , Santex from Switzerland, Cornio, dust clean, Ferraro, shearing & Mario Crosta from Italy, monforts from Germany , Bruckner from Germany, Sunsuper from Korea.
